Bruce S. Rutsky is a graduate of Indiana University (B.A. 1979) and The Ohio State University College of Law (J.D. 1982). Bruce is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Ohio Association for Justice. He practices primarily in the areas of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Criminal Defense.
Bruce has been a partner with Petronzio Schneier Co., L.P.A. since 2001. He has served as an Assistant Public Defender in both Stark County and Brevard County (Florida), and also as an Assistant Ohio Attorney General. For over 30 years, Bruce has represented clients who have been injured due to someone else’s negligence, as well as individuals charged with criminal offenses ranging from theft to more serious felony offenses. He is a former Acting Judge in Bedford Municipal Court and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Bruce is admitted to practice in both Ohio and Florida. He practices in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Summit, Portage, Trumbull, Stark, Mahoning, Lorain and Ashtabula counties.
