Jamie B. Schneier, Founding Partner

Jamie B. Schneier, who co-founded the firm in 1993, is a graduate of Ohio State University (B.S.B.A. 1985) and the accelerated S.C.A.L.E. Program of Southwestern University School of Law (J.D. 1993). Jamie is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale Hubble. He practices primarily in the areas of Corporate, Transactional Business, and Business Sales and Acquisitions.

Jamie is a Cleveland business attorney who works with numerous small-to-medium-sized closely held businesses in the Northeast Ohio area. His clients are generally start-up businesses, serial entrepreneurs, small, closely held businesses, family-owned businesses, and mid-sized companies. In business and corporate representation, Jamie serves as an active advisor, consultant, negotiator, troubleshooter, and advocate for his business clients. He counsels businesses from the beginning to the exit of the business cycle. Jamie is supported by the firm’s small business practice in areas of commercial transactions, creditor issues, business litigation, and business-related real estate. In certain situations, he acts as outside corporate counsel and an intermediary with attorneys in other law firms for many of his regular business clients.
